Kairos Cookie

Cooking Preparation:
You may bake any recipe you like, however there are guidelines to follow. The types of cookies that are generally acceptable are: Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Molasses, Chocolate Chip (or Butterscotch chip), Ginger, Cake Mix and Sugar. Recipes available at Trinity House. Cookies should be between 2 and 2½ inches in diameter and not more than ½ inch thick. No store bought cookies please.

It is very important not to use icing, sugar or any other type of coating on the outside of the cookies. Do not add any kind of fruit to the cookies. Nuts are Okay.

Packing the Cookies
Bag thoroughly cooled cookies in a quart sized zip lock bag, a dozen cookies to a bag. Indicate the type of cookie on each bag and please note if there are nuts in the cookies. Freeze all cookies if not using within 3 days. Note: If you lay the cookies flat in the bag, in 2 layers, they stack better and don’t break as easily.

Please bring cookies to the Parish Hall kitchen freezer or basement freezer
